Since every business calls its resources and services differently it is simple to change these labels.
Booking X -> Settings -> General -> Alias
Once you have changed the labels, click the Save Changes button.
- Resource – is the person, product or space that will be used for the booking
- Service – is what is being provided
- Additions – these are bonus offerings that are only available with a Service booking
